Customer Support Representative (German & English) Egencia Project
Schedule: Monday to Sunday 8:00 AM 8:00 PM (rotating shifts)
About the Role
Were looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join the Egencia Project.
In this role youll support customers with travel-related inquiries provide exceptional customer service and help ensure a smooth and positive travel experience.
What Youll Do
- Provide professional customer support through the appropriate communication channels.
- Assist customers with travel booking and account-related inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
- Native-level German (spoken and written).
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Work Schedule
- Rotating shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
- Monday through Sunday
Relocation
- Local candidates will be given priority.
