Customer Relations Associate Turkish Speaker
Location: Bulgaria
Overview of the Opportunity: We are currently onboarding professional Turkish speakers to join our customer relations division at our modern facility in Bulgaria. This position focuses on providing premium business-to-consumer support for our global network. No prior experience is necessary; we provide a fully compensated structured introduction program to give you all the tools needed to succeed.
Your Tasks:
- Assist users and resolve incoming requests through live chat phone calls and emails.
- Deliver a premium customer experience through polite professional and efficient communication.
- Evaluate issues methodically to provide accurate and helpful guidance to clients.
- Update and organize user case details in the corporate data tracking system.
- Work productively to reach established internal operational and team targets.
- Collaborate with international teams when specialized support is needed for a client.
Requirements:
- Strong bilingual or native command of Turkish (C1-C2 level) both spoken and written.
- B1 level or higher in English for communication with internal tools and staff training.
- Ready to move settle down and develop a professional career path in Bulgaria.
- Highly responsible individual with the ability to quickly master new software systems.
- Comfortable working within a fast-moving multi-ethnic and collaborative workspace.
- Prerequisite: Possession of an EU passport or a valid work authorization for Bulgaria is mandatory.
