As our global organization continues to mature we are looking to onboard professional German speakers for the Customer Service Representative vacancy at our facility in Bulgaria. This position acts as a primary touchpoint for our international clientele handling service requests with enterprise-level professionalism. Your Tasks:

• Process and resolve incoming user requests across omnichannel platforms including phone lines emails and live text chats.
• Representvalues by ensuring an exceptional respectful and highly competent standard of communication.
• Evaluate client issues critically to deliver accurate streamlined and actionable resolutions.
• Systematically register and maintain case histories within our database management system.
• Liaise with cross-functional international teams when necessary to solve escalated client matters.

Requirements:

• Native or bilingual command (C1-C2 level) of the German language both written and spoken.
• An intermediate operating standard of English (B1 level or higher) for digital tools and organizational training.
• A firm intention to relocate settle and advance a professional career path in Bulgaria.
• A responsible self-guided individual with an innate capacity to quickly adopt new software and corporate workflows.
• Ease of operating inside a fast-paced highly diverse and multicultural workspace.
• Prerequisite: Must possess valid EU nationality or a current legal work authorization for Bulgaria.
