Consolidation and Reporting analyst
Job Summary
Join a dynamic and international Finance team at the heart of EMEA financial reporting and consolidation.
As an EMEA Consolidation & Reporting Analyst you will support the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting across the region. Working closely with the EMEA Consolidation & Reporting team and local finance teams you will contribute to monthly and quarterly closing activities intercompany reconciliation reporting quality controls financial analysis and the preparation of IFRS consolidated financial statements.
This role offers a strong development opportunity for a finance professional seeking to build practical expertise in consolidation financial reporting IFRS and reporting systems within a multinational environment. You will receive guidance from experienced team members while progressively taking ownership of defined reporting activities and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Financial Reporting & Consolidation:
- Support the monthly and quarterly EMEA consolidation and reporting processes including follow-up of reporting-package completion and closing deadlines.
- Coordinate and support the monthly intercompany reconciliation process using the relevant reconciliation tools; investigate explain and escalate differences when required.
- Perform defined quality reviews and consistency checks over reported financial information including reconciliations controls and selected management-reporting analyses.
- Contribute to the preparation and review of IFRS consolidated financial statements including supporting schedules and documentation.
- Maintain and improve standard working files retrieves and closing tools and follow up on outstanding matters from prior closings.
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Support
- Prepare financial analyses and management presentations including working capital treasury reconciliation general and administrative expenses sales volumes and other closing-related topics.
- Provide first-level support to local and regional reporting users on closing instructions reporting requirements controls and system-related questions.
- Work with team members and finance stakeholders to investigate reporting issues and support their timely resolution.
- Support internal and external audit requests by preparing clear documentation and maintaining an appropriate audit trail.
Finance Transformation & Continuous Improvement
- Support process improvement standardization and automation initiatives across consolidation and reporting activities.
- Contribute to the effective use and enhancement of reporting and consolidation systems including OneStream and intercompany reconciliation tools.
- Share feedback after closing cycles identify recurring issues and propose practical improvements to processes and internal controls.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
- Collaborate effectively within a multicultural and international team environment.
- Participate in user support training and knowledge-sharing activities across the EMEA finance community.
- Develop technical knowledge and progressively take ownership of assigned reporting and consolidation topics.
Qualifications :
Experience:
- Masters degree in Accounting Finance Audit or a related field.
- 1.5 years of experience in accounting financial reporting consolidation audit or corporate finance. Experience in a multinational environment consolidation department or audit firm is a plus.
- Foundational knowledge of IFRS and an understanding of consolidation and financial reporting principles. Practical experience with consolidation tools such as OneStream SAP BFC HFM or similar systems is a plus.
- Fluent written and spoken English.

- Professional skepticism and the confidence to raise questions or escalate issues when appropriate.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft 365 tools; interest in finance transformation and automation.
