Job Summary
- Create process and execute customer orders for products projects and services
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of order data into ERP systems
- Generate and issue invoices in compliance with company policies
- Monitor billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Support quote preparation and validation
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information
- Conduct lead generation activities to support sales pipeline development
- Manage long-tail customer accounts to ensure engagement and conversion
- Receive and log customer complaints related to orders billing or service
- Assist in preparing periodic reports for performance tracking
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers
- Liaise with Sales Procurement Finance and Technicians to ensure smooth order-to-cash processes
