Your Responsibilities
Provide technical support to German-speaking customers via phone and email
Assist users with login issues troubleshooting and navigation of the HR software platform
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical and product-related issues
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure a high standard of service
Stay up to date with product features and continuously expand your technical knowledge
What Were Looking For
Fluent German (C1-C2)
Good English (B2 or higher)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Previous customer support or technical support experience is an advantage
Comfortable working with technology and learning new software
Customer-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
