Your Tasks
As Brand Manager you define and execute marketing plans for Bulgariain line with the regional strategy ensuring achievement of agreed sales market share profit and brand equity targets.
Brand Activation
- Develop powerful activations for NPD with new product developmentsand Core Assortment across the entire Consumer Journey based on regional assets.
- Review and consistently evaluate alternative marketing investments opportunities to maximize return on investment against agreed brand objectives.
Brand Performance Management
- Achieve sales profit and market share objectives in line with the marketing plan through monthly performance analysis leading to recommendations for appropriate corrective actions.
- Control marketing investment in line with the plan updated as necessary during the year.
Planning
- Contribute to the development of the Annual Business Plan for your category.
- Actively participate in the monthly planning cycle and update Sales and Market Share projections.
- Assess the potential of NPDs in the local market.
Local insights
- Develop a thorough understanding of the local consumer needs and competitive context.
- Provide insights to the region to facilitate the definition of regional marketing and communication strategy and local competitive advantage
Your Profile
Professional Experience
- At least 3 years of experience as a Junior Brand Manager or Brand Manager within a dynamic marketing environment.
- Experience in the FMCG sector is a strong advantage ideally with exposure to personal care cosmetics or beauty categories.
- Proven experience in planning and executing brand activities including media BTL activations and adaptation of global/regional campaigns.
Commercial & Market Understanding
- Strong understanding of key commercial drivers including sell-in and sell-out mechanisms retailer dynamics and shopper behavior.
- Ability to work with market data and translate insights into actionable brand strategies.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales trade marketing supply chain) to support commercial initiatives.
Digital & Analytical Skills
- High affinity for adopting digital reports dashboards and analytical tools.
- Ability to interpret data assess brand performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Openness to exploring new digital tools and platforms for brand building.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluency in English both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and presentation skills able to convey brand strategies clearly and convincingly.
- Excellent project management capabilities with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience adapting media content and BTL activities to local market needs.
