Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday with shifts scheduled between 09:00 and 21:00
Base Salary: 1636.14 gross per month
Billing Skills Bonus: 102.25 gross per month
Sales Bonus: Unlimited earning potential top performers earn more than 1000 per month
Signing Bonus: 1000 (500 after training and 500 after six months)
Relocation Support: Available

We are looking for German-speaking Billing Service Agents to join our team in Lisbon Portugal. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong German communication skills who enjoy assisting customers resolving billing-related enquiries and identifying opportunities to provide additional products or services.

You will support customers with billing questions explain charges and payment information and deliver a professional customer experience while contributing to sales performance.

• Assist German-speaking customers with billing enquiries and account-related questions.
• Explain invoices charges payment methods and billing procedures clearly.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and provide appropriate solutions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services when appropriate.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain high service standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and account information.
• Follow established procedures quality guidelines and performance targets.
• Work towards customer satisfaction and sales objectives.

• German proficiency at C1 or C2 level both written and spoken.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Confidence in handling billing-related enquiries and explaining financial information.
• A customer-focused attitude and willingness to work towards sales targets.
• Ability to work flexible shifts between 09:00 and 21:00 Monday to Saturday.
• Previous experience in customer service billing or sales is an advantage.
