Back Office Gaming Support Specialist – French-speaking

Are you a French-speaking professional with a keen eye for detail and an interest in the gaming world We are hiring a Back Office Gaming Support Specialist to join our Sofia team handling the critical operational processes that keep a leading gaming platform running flawlessly.

In this back office role you will process account requests review content and support the operational integrity of a globally recognised gaming platform. Your accuracy and focus will make a real difference behind the scenes and you will do it as part of a team that truly understands and values gaming culture.

Your responsibilities:

• Process gaming account requests adjustments and back office tasks
• Review account activity and content for policy compliance
• Support front-line teams with complex or escalated cases
• Maintain accurate logs and daily operational records
• Apply platform policies consistently to maintain integrity

What we are looking for:

• French: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
• English: working proficiency
• Highly organised methodical and detail-oriented
• Comfortable in a structured back office environment
• Available to work on-site in Sofia
