As an Automation & AI Developer you will join our Transformation Office in Sofia Bulgaria part of the CFO organisation. You will play a key role in accelerating productivity and operational excellence across the Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes through the design development implementation and ongoing optimisation of automation and AI solutions. Working closely with colleagues across Global Business Services functional teams in the CFO area Global Process Owners Data Analytics and IT you will understand business needs and address process pain points and bottlenecks transforming ideas into practical scalable solutions that deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Design automation and AI solutions from concept through implementation
• Develop and deploy scalable digital automation solutions across business functions
• Prototype and pilot innovative automation and AI opportunities
• Lead testing validation user enablement and training activities
• Monitor troubleshoot maintain and continuously improve implemented solutions
• Ensure robust documentation and knowledge-sharing practices
• Collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration compliance and long-term value creation

What you bring

You are an experienced automation and AI professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with business understanding. You are motivated by solving complex challenges and creating solutions that improve efficiency quality and user experience on a scale.

Moreover you bring:

• 3 years of hands-on experience designing developing and delivering automation solutions preferably within an international organisation
• Proven advanced experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate and Microsoft Copilot technologies
• Practical experience developing AI agents and agentic workflows
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud technologies API integrations and JSON-based workflows
• Programming skills in Python SQL and JavaScript
• A structured and self-driven approach combined with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Resilient and confident challenging the status quo and getting people to change how they work
• Fluent English communication skills and the confidence to collaborate across functions and geographies

Compensation: Comprehensive salary and benefits package.
Location: Sofia Bulgaria
Start date: As soon as possible.
Travel: Up to two weeks annually in Denmark.
