We are looking for an Arabic & English-speaking Game Support Representative to join an international gaming support team in Sofia this role you will assist players via email and chat helping resolve issues improve their gaming experience and provide high-quality support to a passionate gaming community.

Provide player support via email and chat

Assist players with account and game-related inquiries

Deliver an excellent player experience and customer satisfaction

Share player feedback with internal teams

Contribute to process improvements and team success

Fluent Arabic

Good English communication skills

Gaming experience and understanding of gaming communities

Interest in player support and customer experience

EU citizenship or valid EU work authorization required
