Job Summary

As anAccounts Payable Accountant (m/f/d) you will be a part of the Central Accounting team.You will be responsible for processing invoices managing vendor payments reconciling accounts and ensuring accurate financial records.

About the Role

Process on timely basisaccountspayable transactions
Monitor vendor open items and clarifies old and unusual balances
Prepares accounts payable reconciliations and clarify differences
Prepares and executes electronic payment runs as well as manual payments if necessary
Assists in the collection and distribution of financial information
Prepare clear and concise documentationon working procedures

About You

Bachelors degree in accountingor equivalent
3-4 years of experience inAccounting
Solid knowledge in Accounting and VAT legislation
Ability to thrive in a fast-growing international environment
Confident handling of MS Office
Reliability and organizational skills
Fluent inEnglishand/or Germanlanguage
