Account Specialist with English and French

The Account Specialist is responsible for providing white glove customer service to our high profile corporate wireless customers.

• Providing day to day operational service desk support which includes receiving inbound calls as well as providing web support via live chats email and portal activities.
• Processing service orders answering how-to questions troubleshooting
• Analyzing monthly billing and program reports
• General account maintenance
• Managing customer relationships with corporate partners
• Creating an exciting work environment
• Communicate and collaborate effectively
• Liaising with mobile/telco carriers to complete customer requests
• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent customer service telephone oral and written skills
• Relevant experience as per the above duties is considered as strong advantage
• Customer-orientated enthusiastic courteous assertive and motivated to take charge of both customer engagement and problem resolution
• Capable of being self - managed
• Proven role model and team player
• Excellent level of English (minimum B2)
• Excellent level of French (minimum B2)
