About the Role
Were looking for a commercially driven highly organised Commercial & Procurement Lead to own opportunities end-to-end from the initial RFQ through procurement delivery invoicing and commercial closure.
Youll work directly with customers suppliers logistics partners and internal teams ensuring quotations are competitive procurement runs efficiently deliveries land on schedule and documentation and invoicing stay accurate and timely. This role carries a strong commission structure so your earning potential grows directly with your ability to convert opportunities manage margins and drive projects through to completion.
What Youll Own
The full commercial lifecycle: Customer RFQ Supplier Sourcing Costing Quotation Order Confirmation Procurement Supplier Follow-Up Logistics & Delivery Invoicing Commercial Closure.
Youre expected to actively drive each stage not just hand tasks between departments.
Key Responsibilities
- RFQs & Quotations: Manage incoming customer RFQs review requirements source supplier pricing and prepare competitive quotations that protect healthy margins. Follow up and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
- Procurement & Supplier Management: Identify and evaluate local and international suppliers issue RFQs compare quotations negotiate pricing and terms and issue Purchase Orders. Monitor supplier performance and coordinate logistics shipping and customs where needed.
- Project & Order Management: Maintain visibility over all active quotations orders procurement and outstanding invoices. Coordinate between customers suppliers and internal stakeholders and flag commercial or delivery risks early.
- Documentation & Invoicing: Prepare and issue quotations POs Delivery Orders and invoices accurately and on time. Support payment follow-ups with Finance where needed.

RFQ response time quotation conversion margin management procurement cost efficiency on-time delivery documentation accuracy invoicing timeliness and overall commercial contribution to Digital Sage.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial procurement sales operations project coordination or supply chain
- Hands-on experience with RFQs quotations supplier sourcing and order management
- Strong commercial awareness pricing margins and profitability
- Confident negotiator with both suppliers and customers
- Highly organized able to manage multiple projects and RFQs simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail particularly with pricing quantities and documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
- Experience with technology ICT digital solutions or project-based businesses is a plus
