We are seeking a Telecom Operations Analyst to support the end-to-end management of telecommunications services from pricing and contracting through order fulfillment and this role you will work closely with carriers partners and internal teams to ensure services are delivered accurately efficiently and within established service levels.This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in telecom operations service delivery or order management who enjoy coordinating multiple stakeholders solving operational challenges and driving an exceptional partner experience.

• Manage and coordinate telecommunications service requests throughout the entire lifecycle from quotation through service delivery.
• Submit and track pricing requests with carriers and suppliers ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation.
• Support contract creation validation and processing activities while ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Process submit and manage service orders with telecommunications providers.
• Monitor service implementation and fulfillment activities to ensure timely delivery
• Proactively follow up with carriers partners and internal teams to resolve delays issues and outstanding requests.
• Maintain accurate records and updates within internal systems and operational tools.
• Communicate order status milestones risks and next steps to stakeholders throughout the process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance workload priorities and ensure SLA compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and partner satisfaction.

• Advanced English communication skills both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in Order Management Service Delivery Telecom/Customer Operations Vendor Management Project Coordination
• Experience managing operational processes orders contracts or service requests from initiation through completion.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM operational systems or workflow management tools.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with telecommunications carriers or service providers.
• Knowledge of carrier services connectivity solutions networking or telecommunications products.
• Experience supporting internet voice WAN SD-WAN MPLS cloud connectivity or related telecom services.
• Familiarity with SLA management and operational performance metrics.
• Previous experience within the technology telecommunications managed services or distribution industries.
• Understanding of pricing contracting provisioning or implementation processes within telecom environments.
