Tax Accountant

This role is strategic in ensuring the companys tax compliance handling tax calculations regulatory filings and providing technical support to business areas. The analyst will interpret current legislation propose improvements to tax processes and collaborate with internal teams and audits always aligned with Mattels One Team principle.

What Youll Do

Fechamento fiscal e contábil LATAM

• Executar e revisar atividades do fechamento fiscal mensal de Brasil Peru e Chile.
• Preparar validar e acompanhar lançamentos contábeis (journals) relacionados a impostos.
• Realizar conciliações entre documentos fiscais relatórios operacionais sistemas fiscais e razão contábil (General Ledger).
• Identificar diferenças contábeis e fiscais propor correções e acompanhar sua regularização.
• Garantir o cumprimento dos calendários de fechamento e das entregas às áreas de Contabilidade e Tax.

Qualifications :

Who Were Looking For

• Formação superior completa em Ciências Contábeis Administração Economia ou áreas correlatas.
• Experiência em rotinas fiscais fechamento tributário e conciliações contábeis.
• Conhecimento prático de tributos indiretos brasileiros especialmente ICMS IPI PIS e COFINS e Reforma Fiscal.
• Experiência com impostos retidos na fonte e conciliação de retenções de fornecedores.
• Experiência na preparação e conferência de journals e reconciliações de contas contábeis.
• Conhecimento em SPED Fiscal (EFD ICMS/IPI).
• Excel avançado incluindo tabelas dinâmicas PROCV/PROCX e fórmulas de conciliação.
• Capacidade de trabalhar com múltiplos prazos e atividades de fechamento.
• Inglês intermediário ou espanhol intermediário

Requisitos desejáveis

• Experiência em empresas multinacionais com operações LATAM
• Experiência com Oracle Fusion Power Query Tax One ou sistemas equivalentes.
• Experiência com benefícios fiscais.
• Vivência em conciliações de impostos retidos.
• Experiência em projetos de implementação de sistemas e melhorias de processos fiscais.
