The Senior Demand Planner is responsible for developing and managing demand forecasts that support business planning inventory optimization and customer fulfillment. This role collaborates closely with Sales Marketing Supply Chain and Operations teams to analyze market trends promotional activities and demand patterns ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment across the organization.

The position plays a key role in driving forecast accuracy supporting Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and enabling informed business decisions that help deliver products to customers efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Develops integrates and provides account or brand-specific forecasts for internal sales and operations planning which includes replenishment data point-of sale data sales promotion information marketing plans manufacturing capacity and new distribution/product deletions.
• Assists in the improvement of demand forecasting accuracy for internal and external customers including determining the appropriate algorithm for statistical forecasts.
• Maintains and manages product history accurate forecasting and promotional demand.
• Analyzes internal demand stream information and categorizes according to demand patterns.
• Aligns sales/marketing intelligence for each operating unit for use in forecast systems working with sales organization(s) national sales accounts marketing research and development and related forecasting and planning groups.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Bachelors degree is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in demand planning and forecasting with strong skills in statistical forecasting sales and operations planning (S&OP) demand analysis inventory/replenishment planning promotional forecasting cross-functional stakeholder management forecast accuracy improvement and data-driven decision-making.
• Fluent in English.
• Spanish and Portuguese are desirable in case it is not native.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Experience of using Power BI reporting and experience of using Blue Yonder planning system are desirable skills.
