Position Overview: Provides analytics to support Global Fuel for Growth program. This will include providing financial and operational analysis on various optimization and cost savings scenarios working closely with all fuel for growth platform teams.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Support Fuel for Growth program by tracking all cost savings initiatives through their development and implementation cycle. This includes integration tracking as they are put into the region AOPs and P&Ls.
- Proactively analyze price and usage data and give continuous guidance and recommendations for continuous improvement across the fuel for growth platforms. Drive accountability for cost savings through data analysis.
- Work with Ball Operational excellence team to integrate fuel for growth processes and routines into the BOE framework.
- Provide updated analysis presentations (weekly monthly quarterly) for various stakeholder groups including SC&OPS leadership and ELT on Fuel for Growth progress.
- Standardize data across plants with proper definitions & data structures in order to provide the best analysis for cost savings implementation and tracking.
- Work cross-functionally with IT and Finance to continuously improve data workstream flow.
- Support global Fuel for Growth initiative aimed at achieving efficiency gains across varios areas within SC & Ops
- Owns regular team data maintenance related to but not limited to project financials reocurring ELT readouts of project status
Required Experience and Skills:
- Proficiency in English.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Science or a related field.
- Experience in Analytical role.
- Data management and visualization tools.
- Financial/operational modeling strategic business and economic principles and practices.
- Presentation and spreadsheet management.
- Analyzing and drawing insights from large datasets.
- Producing effective presentations of financial/operational analysis.
- Maintaining financial and operational models.
- Working cross functionally and collaborative.

- Location:São José dos Campos/SP
- Hybrid on-site work environment or remote:Preferenceishybrid(based in São José dos Campos/SP this position requires regular on-site presence for three (3) days per week with core collaboration days on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday.) or remote from the location of the candidate
- Schedule:8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
