Job Summary
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for experienced and motivated technical managers in Brazil to coach grow and partner with technically skilled customer-facing Solutions Architects. You will help develop the industrys best cloud-based solutions architects by enabling and coaching them on best practices solution selling presentation and speaking skills as well as how to create and present architectures of widely varying size and collaboration with the Brazilian Inside Sales and Demand Generation Sales Teams you will be assisting their efforts of qualifying and progressing for new business and acquiring a broad set of new customers in a diverse customer base. If you think you have what it takes to lead the best in the industry AWS is hiring Leaders for our teams of Solutions Architects. This role will be responsible for a team of Solutions Architects who will need to learn the breadth of the AWS platform quickly and each develop depth in one or more area. As their leader you must be passionate about developing these professionals and working to advance them into more senior and complex roles. This role focuses on targeted technical marketing campaigns solution demos virtual conference speaking engagements and more.
Key job responsibilities
- Hire on-board train and develop new Solution Architects from internal and external sources.
- Act as a conduit and liaison between customers service engineering teams and support.
- Build and coach the team on the skills needed to conduct one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions so they can transfer deep technical skills to customers who are considering or using AWS.
- Must be passionate about developing early-in-career talent.
- Experience designing/implementing/consulting distributed applications infrastructure architecture database architecture and networking.

- 5 years of management of technical enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience
- 5 years of infrastructure architecture database architecture and networking experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure AWS GCP OCI etc.
- Experience in English-language communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience architecting migrating transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud
