Job Summary

  • You act as the primary point of contact for the AME Finance and Controlling community on IT financial topics ensuring close alignment between regional stakeholders and the global IT organization.
  • You coordinate and support global budgeting forecasting cost allocation and financial performance management activities across AME while ensuring compliance with global standards and planning cycles.
  • You contribute to the achievement of global financial and operational benchmarks by driving transparency identifying improvement opportunities and supporting local implementation initiatives across the region.
  • You prepare management reports financial analyses and decision-making materials providing insights into cost development resource utilization forecast accuracy and financial performance.
  • You act as a regional expert and contact person for IT cost allocation and charging mechanisms supporting stakeholders with guidance communication and implementation activities.
  • You translate global financial developments initiatives and performance drivers into meaningful regional insights helping AME stakeholders understand impacts dependencies and required actions.
  • You derive and drive regional cost optimization measures in alignment with global objectives monitor their effectiveness and support local stakeholders in achieving financial targets and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications :

 

  • Degree in Business Administration Information Systems or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in IT Controlling IT Financial Management Business Planning Finance Business Partnering or a comparable finance-related IT function.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting forecasting reporting cost allocation and financial performance management.
  • Experience working in complex international organizations and collaborating with Top Management Controlling and IT stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate complex financial and business information into actionable insights.
  • Proactive self-driven and structured working style with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across regional and global organizations.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and reporting/analytics tools; experience with SAP and ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Business fluent English required
