We arecurrently seeking a SAP Business Analyst II to join our InformationTechnology team supporting the design configuration enhancement andcontinuous improvement of SAP solutions across multiple business functions.

Thisprofessional will be responsible for analyzing business requirementssupporting SAP system configurations participating in projects andenhancements troubleshooting system issues and collaborating with businessstakeholders to ensure technology solutions align with operational objectivesin a global environment.

• Develop a strong understanding of current business processes (as-is) and the SAP systems supporting those processes.
• Maintain proficiency in the configuration processing and support of assigned SAP functional modules.
• Gather analyze and document business requirements and map them to SAP functionality and system capabilities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend system enhancements that support business objectives.
• Support user adoption of new SAP processes and functionalities through training and guidance.
• Assist business users in adapting operational procedures to align with system capabilities and best practices.
• Research troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues while working closely with senior analysts and technical teams when needed.
• Support project execution and coordinate activities with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Participate in unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate business requirements and system performance.
• Support ongoing system enhancements modifications and optimization efforts from a business perspective.
• Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders regarding system functionality business processes and solution changes.
• Develop and maintain expertise in assigned SAP business processes and applications.

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration Information Systems Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills both written and verbal preferred for interaction with international teams.
• Experience supporting SAP business processes and functional modules.
• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies requirements gathering and process documentation.
• Experience participating in system enhancements projects implementations or support activities.
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate requirements into system solutions.
• Experience supporting testing activities including unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
