Sao Paulo Corporate Transaction & Advisory Mid-Level Associate Attorney (M&A)

The role

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience advising on M&A transactions at a leading international law firm.

The Corporate Transactions and Advisory group advises many of the worlds leading companies on public and private M&A disposals demergers joint ventures restructurings and high value commercial contracts with a particular focus on complex cross-border transactions. Experience in Latin America M&A transactions will be highly valued.

Qualifications :

Your Experience

• Professional fluency in English Portuguese and Spanish.
• Meaningful experience advising on public and private M&A transactions including acquisitions disposals and joint ventures under New York law.
• Experience drafting reviewing and negotiating key transaction documents and managing due diligence processes.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-border transactions and working effectively across multiple practice areas and jurisdictions.
• Admission to the New York Bar
• Experience practicing at a leading international law firm.
