Who can apply
If you are an undergraduate student:
Currently enrolled from the 2nd semester onward in IT or business-related fields;
Have advanced English skills;
Expected graduation in April 2029 or later.

Selection Process (Please send your resume in English!)
The selection process will consist of four main stages:
- Online Assessments
Assessment 1: mandatory for all candidates and sent by email immediately after application.
Assessment 2: required for candidates applying for technical positions who are pre-selected to move forward in the process. - HR / Talent Discovery Interview
A conversation with the recruiter to assess the candidates motivation IA adoption mindset effective communication skills interest in the opportunity overall profile and alignment with SAP. - Onsite Assessment
Candidates selected after the HR interview will participate in an onsite assessment designed to evaluate key competencies such as collaboration communication learning agility teamwork and problem-solving. - Hiring Manager Interview
In the final stage selected candidates will have an interview with the Hiring Manager who will assess their fit for the position and the team.
