Playtechs POP Team is looking for a proactive Product Operations Engineer with strong troubleshooting and investigation skills.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Participate in release management flow: applications setup update configuration changes
• Handle production problems and incidents
• Process internal and external customers requests and issues
• Handle production system monitoring (alerting dashboards)
• Ensure services SLO meets target
• Participate in 247 shift on-call rotation for critical production issues handling

Qualifications :

Components for success. You...

• Have 2 years of experience in L2 production application support
• Possess good Linux knowledge and handson experience
• Have Kubernetes basics
• Understand network communications and protocols including HTTP(S) WebSocket TCP/IP DNS firewalls and load balancing
• Bring strong troubleshooting and investigation skills
• Understand monitoring principles alerting performance and healthiness metrics
• Have handson experience with visualization tools such as Kibana and Grafana
• Have experience using CI/CD tools and processes including Git Jenkins and Argo CD
• Possess intermediate English proficiency or higher

Youll get extra points for...

• Prometheus monitoring system experience
• MongoDB support experience
• Experience of Terraform usage
• Programming/scripting on one of programming languages
