Principais Atividades:
- Atuar junto às assistências técnicas prestando suporte e realizando auditorias trabalhando na melhoria dos atendimentos técnicos;
- Efetuar avaliações técnicas nos produtos do portfólio avaliando peças e determinando reposição caso necessário;
- Realizar testes em produtos e produzir relatórios referentes aos testes realizados;
- Elaborar pareceres técnicos de eventuais falhas atuando em sinergia com o time global.
Requisitos:
- Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Engenharia Elétrica Eletrônica ou áreas afins;
- Experiência com manutenção diagnóstico e reparo de produtos eletrônicos e/ou atuação em assistência técnica e suporte ao consumidor;
- Inglês avançado;
- Disponibilidade para atuar em Nova Santa Rita/RS.
