Title: PL Pricing Analyst - Campinas/SP- 123260
As a Pricing Analyst at John Deere located in the Campinas/SP unit you will be responsible for managing the pricing of John Deere aftermarket parts which includes analyzing market and competitive data developing and recommending pricing strategies for new and existing parts evaluating ongoing competitive information and adjusting prices as necessary.
- Participates in multi-departmental parts portfolio alignment projects to keep alignment obtain timely information and provide pricing inputs for projects decisions;
- Analyzes and recommends parts pricing to optimize John Deeres profitability and competitive positioning;
- Analyzes market and competitive parts price information;
- Develops and recommends pricing strategies for existing and new parts to meet margin and profitability goals;
- Provides price data directly to or through others to the customers and dealers so they have accuratetimely and easily accessible information there by facilitating an efficient and effective customer relationship;
- Answer price related requests from customers and John Deere employees to provide customer supportimprove procedures and maintain information integrity;
- Provide an Audit review and work focused on the pricing process to ensure compliance and identify any gaps;
- Supporting new parts adoption and pricing strategies with a focus on driving successful product availability and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Information Technology Marketing Economy Business Admin Data Science;
- Advanced English: broad vocabulary good grammar conducts meetings argues negotiates and provides training;
- Solid experience with project management or business intelligence projects;
- Knowledge of advanced data gathering and analysis techniques including statistical analysis (including tools as Advanced Excel Power BI Tableau Databricks);
- Negotiation and communication skills;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days on-site and 2 days working from home) in Campinas/SP.
- Experience with advanced data analytics tools (EDL Databricks build Power BI and Tableau dashboards);
- Intermediate Spanish: reads and drafts emails independently and participates in calls and meetings;
- Solid knowledge of dealers customers and competitors;
- Experience with aftermarket customer support and/or parts businesses.
