We are working with a leading **Automotive Components Manufacturer **who is currently seeking a **Maintenance Technician **to join their team on 2nd or 3rd shift. These are full-time permanent positions offering excellent long-term career potential competitive salary and a full benefits package.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Install and connect power supply wiring conduit and cables for equipment such as robots presses and PLCs
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues including motors controls lighting and circuit boards
• Replace bearings rewire motors and test/verify repairs on robotic and automated systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated maintenance issues from junior technicians
• Read schematics and maintenance manuals to perform repairs and installations
• Train and mentor less experienced technicians as needed
• Maintain accurate communication with supervisors and team leaders
• Stay current with new technologies and continuously develop technical skillset

Qualifications & Experience required:

• One-year certificate from technical college or equivalent training/experience
• 3 years of experience in mechanical/electrical maintenance ideally within manufacturing
• Ability to interpret technical documentation manuals and safety rules
• Preferred experience in both mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with PPE and physical demands such as standing kneeling or handling tools for extended periods
• Licenses to operate lifts or powered industrial equipment a plus
