Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

N6 Certificate in Human Resource

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
• Strong data capturing and administration skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Knowledge of the applicable legislation such as BCEA LRA EEA SDA etc.
• Understanding principles and procedures for HR related functions such as recruitment training benefits labour relations etc.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Filing Scanning documents
• HR Administration (assistance with preparation of HR documents labour broker change forms)
• Management of the onboarding process
• Supporting the HR and business with employee queries
• HR Systems Administration (Axio Intranet The hub Greenhouse)
• Payroll Administration (UI-19 Confirmation of employment IRP5 etc)
• HR Communication (new starter emails)
• Assisting with CCMA case
• Assistance with HR Projects

This is an 18-month contract
