What youll do
Launch your career with Docusigns premier GTM talent accelerator a high-impact cross-functional 24-month journey designed to develop the next generation of talent. This role guides you through four distinct 6-month phasesInitial Placement Rotation 1 Rotation 2 and a Final Mastery Placementacross critical areas including Finance Sales NewCo Solutions Consulting and CS LATAM. You will gain an integrated view of the customer journey culminating in a final project and leadership evaluation designed to maximize your professional visibility and build your cross-functional network.
This position is an internship role reporting to Internship Manager.
Responsibility
- Complete rotation milestones and deliver high-impact project and presentation during the Mastery Phase to demonstrate business impact
- Analyze churn and downsell patterns by segment and product to provide actionable insights
- Monitor account health and pipeline quality to identify health account stages renewal dates risks and patterns in sales losses
- Update weekly dashboards for Billing and Revenue in Salesforce
- Maintain accounts receivable aging and basic internal follow-up
- Execute demand generation and outreach campaigns through lead list building and strategy execution
- Prepare and organize standard demos and internal communication materials to act as a bridge between technical and sales teams
- Coordinate internal communication strategies including newsletters and Slack engagement to maintain team consistency
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- Current enrollment in a Bachelors Degree program in Business Economics Engineering or related field with an expected graduation date of September 2028 or later (e.g. entering the 5th semester of an 8-semester program or 7th semester of a 10-semester program)
- Availability to commit to a full 24-month internship program. 30h week
- Experience with Google Suite (Gmail Google Sheets etc.) and Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel)
Preferred
- Advanced English proficiency
- Familiarity with or data visualization tools like Tableau/PowerBI
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and public speaking abilities
Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience.
This role is also eligible for the following:
- Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
