Full Stack Engineer SOL-1877

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly autonomous Senior Full Stack Developer to join a technology company operating in the Digital Identity and Credential Verification space. The organization develops secure solutions leveraging verifiable credentials identity standards PKI infrastructure and cloud-native architectures.

This role is approximately 80% backend/infrastructure and 20% frontend with a strong focus on backend engineering infrastructure security and technical leadership.

The ideal candidate will design and maintain scalable microservices build backend services using Java Kotlin and contribute to React applications and participate in architectural decisions involving application design infrastructure networking and security.

The role will also collaborate closely with DevOps Product and Engineering teams lead technical discussions design REST APIs using OpenAPI/Swagger work with Docker and Kubernetes and contribute to secure authentication authorization and identity-management solutions.

• 5 years of software development experience.
  
• Strong experience with Java.
  
• Experience with at least one: Quarkus Micronaut Vert.x or Spring Boot.
  
• Experience with Kotlin and React.
  
• Strong experience with microservices architectures.
  
• Strong SQL and relational database experience.
  
• Experience with REST APIs and OpenAPI/Swagger.
  
• Understanding of DNS TCP/IP Load Balancers SSL/TLS and VPC concepts.
  
• Experience with Docker Kubernetes and Linux.
  
• Cloud experience Azure preferred; AWS or GCP accepted.
  
• Strong English communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions.
  
• Experience making architectural and design decisions independently.
  
• Highly preferred: experience with FinTech Banking Digital Identity Cybersecurity IAM PKI X.509 certificates OAuth authentication/authorization or credential verification.
  
• Experience with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development tools is a plus.
