Hybrid: This position requires you to work on-site 3 times a week (Tue to Thu)

We are looking for a high-impact FP&A professional to join our team. This role goes beyond financial analysisits a strategic position that will help drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is not only a financial expert but also a process automation champion playing a key role in optimizing and digitizing workflows across the finance team.



Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making at the executive level;
Develop and enhance financial models forecasts and reports to improve business planning and performance tracking;
Lead automation initiatives identifying and implementing tools to streamline financial processes and reporting;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable strategies;
Identify opportunities for cost optimization specifically focusing on contribution cost (material and logistics);
Support budgeting forecasting and variance analysis to drive continuous improvement.



Qualifications:
Strong financial acumen with experience in FP&A corporate finance or a related field;
Proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization (Excel Power BI Tableau or similar tools);
Experience with automation tools scripting (Python SQL VBA) or ERP/reporting system enhancements is a strong plus;
A strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to communicate insights effectively;
Intermediate English - you will need the language for reading and writing
Spanish is desirable.
