- Contribute to the design implementation and operation of scalable and highly available Kubernetes infrastructure.
- Build and maintain cloud-agnostic Kubernetes environments optimized for real-time high-throughput event processing.
- Develop resilient distributed systems and implement automated scaling strategies to support changing workloads.
- Support and optimize event streaming infrastructure for performance reliability and security.
- Implement GitOps workflows and automate deployments rollbacks and infrastructure updates using Terraform/OpenTofu.
- Deploy and manage relational (PostgreSQL MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB Redis) databases within Kubernetes.
- Support monitoring logging and observability solutions for platform health and performance.
- Support Kubernetes security networking traffic management and troubleshooting in production environments.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience designing and implementing Kubernetes infrastructure for large-scale event-driven systems.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes orchestration including networking security and scaling concepts.
- Experience deploying and operating Kubernetes workloads in AWS.
- Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience with Terraform or OpenTofu.
- Hands-on experience with GitOps tools (e.g. Flux ArgoCD) and automated CI/CD deployments for Kubernetes.
- Strong Linux administration networking and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in Helm for packaging and deploying Kubernetes applications.
- Experience with event streaming and messaging technologies (e.g. Kafka NATS RabbitMQ or similar messaging systems) for real-time data processing.
- Familiarity with Service Mesh technologies (e.g. Istio Linkerd Consul) for networking and security.
- Ability to collaborate with Go-based backend teams to optimize infrastructure automation and performance.
Nice to Have
- Observability tools experience (Prometheus Grafana Loki ELK).
- Experience with advanced Kubernetes security practices (e.g. OPA/Gatekeeper secrets management network segmentation).
- Experience with networking traffic management and security solutions (e.g. NGINX Ingress Controller Cilium Calico).
- Multi-region deployment experience.
