Business Intelligence Analyst

Hybrid or Office: Hybrid in São Paulo

You will be responsible for conducting basic research data mining data governance reporting and interpretation of company performance metrics. Additional job responsibilities include providing support related to team performance management operations strategy and communications.

This job is part of the Business Intelligence team within the Data & Analytics CoE. They are responsible for reviewing data that supports improving effectiveness and predicting outcomes to develop business intelligence.

Main Accountabilities

Generate reports using data from multiple sources to assist in creating a complete evaluation improvement or recommendation.

Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to requests from management and vendors.

Understand and work with scenario planning tools and models. Investigate current trends in general business conditions.

Identify performance and process improvement opportunities.

Assist with the coordination involving personnel from other departments and information technology groups to facilitate successful project implementations.

Manage the maintenance and reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics.

Knowledge and Skills

Make decisions aligned to Bunges global strategy business needs and financial goals and explore new perspectives by driving innovation.

Develop data driven strategies aligned with Bunges priorities energize others to action through clear and compelling communication.

Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word Excel Outlook etc.

Must have solid understanding of Agile methodologies & collaborate within a Scrum / Agile team

Basic knowledge of analytics or relational database system such as Oracle BigQuery PostgreSQL Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL

Possess strong technical skills in BI technologies such as Tableau; need ability to learn these skills quickly

Fluent in English and Spanish

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in: Business Administration Accounting Agriculture Engineering Industrial Engineering IT with 3 - 5 years of position related experience or equivalent combo of education and experience level.

Preferred experience in Agri business or related business area
