Business Development Associate
Job Summary
The Business Development Associate (BDA) helps fuel CSGs growth by generating new business building strong client relationships and supporting our sales teams. Youll research markets qualify opportunities and coordinate activities that move deals through the pipeline.
We are looking for a Business Development Associate who will:
Build and grow strategic relationships with partners and prospective customers
Conduct market and account research to identify opportunities and inform outreach
Drive pipeline growth by following up on marketing campaigns and inbound leads
Schedule and coordinate meetings calls and demos for Client Business Executives and Sales Directors
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting via phone and email
Meet activity targets for qualified first meetings and follow-up steps leading to proposals and pipeline
Help problem-solve deal-level challenges to increase revenue and bookings
Use insight-led consultative selling to uncover customer needs and spark deeper conversations with CSG
Partner with Sales Marketing Product and Services to ensure consistent messaging and capture voice-of-customer insights
Prepare meeting briefs and stakeholder summaries for customer conversations
Assist with prospecting plans pitches presentations and sales materials
Provide feedback to Marketing so customer and industry insights improve future campaigns
Is this opportunity right for you We are looking for candidates who:
Bachelors Degree in business IT a related field or equivalent experience
1 years experience in sales business development account management or customer service
Experience using a CRM (e.g. Dynamics)
A structured approach to problem-solving and ability to anticipate customer pain points and needs
Ability to design solutions for complex deal challenges
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Analytical skills to interpret data and recommend next steps
Ability to read write speak and understand the English language in a business environment
