Job Summary

About the Client:

Frontall is building out its government bidding department and is looking for a Business Development Analyst to become the active point of contact between Frontall and the public agencies it targets.

About the Role:

This role owns outreach follow-up and relationship-building with procurement contacts and hiring managers directly addressing the local presence and reference base that evaluators consistently weigh when awarding contracts.

Work Arrangement: On-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct active outreach and recurring follow-up by email and phone with priority public agencies including agencies that historically do not respond on first contact.
  • Test and formalize with leadership approval a direct-contact approach to hiring managers or department contacts within agencies where Frontall already holds an active contract while respecting each agencys formal procurement channel.
  • Support the recruitment teams outreach to agencies already identified as having open positions within the scope of Frontalls current government contract.
  • Build ongoing relationship-based contact with priority agencies rather than relying on one-off transactional outreach since local presence and references have been identified as decisive factors in proposal evaluations.
  • Maintain an organized record of all agency relationships and outreach history using a CRM or tracking spreadsheet.
  • Feed field intelligence back to the Bidding Coordinator including what agencies are asking for and signals of upcoming opportunities to help prioritize the pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B or B2G sales business development or client relationship management.
  • Advanced written and spoken English sufficient for direct and professional communication with U.S. public-sector contacts.
  • Persistent and organized profile comfortable managing a high volume of recurring outreach and follow-up.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with U.S. public procurement processes.
  • Prior experience in staffing BPO or public-sector service delivery.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to support outreach research and relationship management.
