We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Brazilian Portuguese Language & Transcript Reviewer to support AI and language technology projects.

You will review recorded Portuguese conversations and AI-generated transcripts correcting linguistic grammatical contextual and formatting issues to ensure the final transcript accurately represents the original audio.

Fluent English is also required for understanding project instructions quality standards and team communications.

• Review Brazilian Portuguese audio and AI-generated transcripts.
• Correct grammar spelling punctuation capitalization and formatting.
• Identify missing or incorrectly transcribed content.
• Ensure transcripts accurately capture the meaning and context of conversations.
• Review terminology sentence structure and proper word usage.
• Follow project-specific quality standards.
• Meet productivity and turnaround requirements.
• Flag unclear audio or potential quality issues.
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts.

• Native or near-native Brazilian Portuguese speaker.
• Fluent or native-level English proficiency both written and spoken.
• Excellent Portuguese grammar and proofreading skills.
• Strong English reading comprehension.
• Excellent listening and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and consistently.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.

• Experience in language review transcription proofreading editing translation localization or QA.
• Experience with AI-generated transcripts or language data.
• Background in linguistics education journalism communications or writing.
• Familiarity with transcription captioning or subtitle review.
