Analista de Dados

Position Summary

Data Analyst with proven experience in data analysis and the development of reports and Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards.

This role is intended for professionals who can work independently on most day-to-day activities and are able to transform data into actionable insights that support business decisions. The primary focus of the position will be analyzing interpreting and presenting data through reports KPIs and dashboards used by business teams and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect organize validate and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Identify trends patterns opportunities and performance gaps through data analysis.
• Develop maintain and continuously improve management reports and BI dashboards.
• Translate business requirements into metrics KPIs and data visualizations.
• Ensure the accuracy consistency and reliability of reported information.
• Monitor performance indicators and support business teams in tracking results.
• Conduct recurring analyses and ad hoc studies to support decision-making.
• Document metric definitions business rules and reporting methodologies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and propose data-driven solutions.
• Present findings insights and recommendations to business users managers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role focused on data analysis.
• Proven experience creating maintaining and enhancing reports dashboards and BI solutions.
• Ability to transform data into actionable insights that support decision-making.
• Knowledge of data querying and data manipulation techniques.
• Experience defining monitoring and analyzing business performance indicators.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to data quality.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into reports and visualizations.
• Power BI
• Excel
• BI and data visualization platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced or fluent English.
• Experience working with multiple data sources and integrating data for analysis and reporting.
• Experience designing management and executive-level KPIs.
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices and data storytelling.
• Experience automating or optimizing reporting processes.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience supporting multiple business areas and stakeholder groups.
• Participation in projects focused on KPI standardization or reporting improvements.
• Knowledge of more than one BI or data visualization platform.
• Experience building dashboards designed for performance monitoring and management reporting.
