Hospitality Trainer Luxury Safari Operations Maun Botswana

Kendrick Recruitment is searching for an experienced and passionate Hospitality Trainer for a prestigious luxury safari operator across the Okavango Delta Botswana.

Must be based in Maun or willing to relocate independently - no accommodation provided in Maun (on-site lodge accommodation provided when visiting lodges).

What we need:

• Minimum 10 years hospitality industry experience - essential
  
• Proven training L&D or operational leadership experience
  
• Relevant qualification in Hospitality Training & Development or related field
  
• Trainer or Facilitator certification advantageous
  
• Luxury lodge or safari operations experience highly advantageous
  
• Excellent facilitation communication and presentation skills
  
• Highly organised self-motivated and able to work independently
  
• Willing and able to travel extensively within Botswana
  
• Stable work history with contactable references
  

The role in a nutshell:

• Elevate hospitality and service standards across multiple luxury lodge operations
  
• Conduct regular lodge visits to assess train and coach teams on the ground
  
• Develop training plans skills matrices and succession frameworks
  
• Partner with lodge management and Human Capital on onboarding and development
  
• Build a culture of guest excellence accountability and continuous learning
