Videographer Content creator

Your day in the life 

• Brainstorm with the team on content creation and campaigns for our diverse client portfolio. No idea is too weird for a first draft 

• Come up with concepts and translate them into a short script or storyboard 

• Take responsibility for visuals and videos from shooting footage to final editing 

• Bring brands to life in motion: animated graphics transitions and text 

• Present your creations to the team and where needed to clients 
   

Content & craft responsibilities 

• Shoot edit and finish short-form content for social and digital touchpoints 

• Adapt each message to the channel the format and the audience 

• Give every brand its own recognisable style and keep it consistent across all content 

• Check every detail before it goes out from subtitles and colours to timing and sound 

• Explore AI generation tools for image and video and bring them into the workflow 

• Know when AI is the right tool and when a real camera does the job better 
   

Collaboration & impact 

• Work closely with strategists designers and copywriters 

• Share ideas and work in progress early use feedback to make the work stronger 

• You make each brand feel at home on social while staying true to what makes it unique 

• You dont just make nice videos. You make content that gets watched shared and remembered. 

Qualifications :

• Preferably at least 3 years of experience as a videographer with a real passion for short-form content  

• Ability to come up with creative concepts and turn them into distinctive content 

• Good knowledge of motion design 

• Strong portfolio proving the three elements above 

• Fluent English spoken and written. Dutch (and French) are a plus. 

• An eye for detail. You spot the subtitle that sits two pixels too low and you cant unsee it. 

• Hands-on experience with the Adobe Suite mainly After Effects and Premiere Pro. Figma is definitely a plus. 

• Strong interest in AI generation for image and video and first hands-on experience with it
