UX Designer – Design System & User Research Job ID JP055003

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to design user-friendly interfaces and continuously improve the user experience of applications and websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse user needs and understand user contexts and requirements.
• Plan and conduct UX research including interviews surveys focus groups and usability testing.
• Design low- and high-fidelity prototypes using a mobile-first approach.
• Maintain and evolve the Design System ensuring components patterns and guidelines remain consistent accessible and up to date.
• Support analysts and developers in designing and implementing user interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility and UX/UI standards including WCAG 2.1.
• Communicate effectively with clients stakeholders and project teams.
