Are you an experienced bid professional with a talent for leading complex international tenders As Bid Manager EMEA you will play a key role in securing high-value contracts across Europe by leading strategic bid processes from qualification through submission.
You will work on complex opportunities across the Benelux France and Nordic regions collaborating with teams across Sales Legal Finance and Delivery to develop compelling commercially competitive proposals. Your success will be measured through tender wins strong stakeholder engagement and your contribution to the companys commercial growth.
In this strategic role you will act as the central coordinator of the entire tender lifecycle helping shape winning strategies commercial positioning and customer-focused value propositions.
What will you do
You will lead bids from start to finish and be responsible for developing high-quality commercially compelling proposals that align with customer needs and business objectives.
Your responsibilities include:
- Facilitating and refining the go/no-go decision-making process and win strategy together with Sales and management
- Managing the entire bid process including planning governance and deadlines
- Coordinating and aligning stakeholders such as Sales Legal Finance and Delivery to create one integrated proposal
- Translating complex input into a clear commercially strong and persuasive customer narrative
- Defining win themes positioning and commercial choices while proactively identifying risks and opportunities
- Improving and standardizing bid processes templates and bid libraries across Europe
You bring experience in bid management strategic tenders or complex commercial projects within an international environment.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience managing complex tenders bids or strategic commercial projects.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and align diverse stakeholder groups.
- The ability to make sound decisions and guide stakeholders effectively under pressure.
- Strong commercial awareness combined with analytical thinking and proposal development expertise.
- Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
- Fluency in English and French. Dutch is considered an advantage.
Salary range: 3682 and 5645 gross per month depending on experience.
This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role based on objective role-related criteria. The total compensation package includes participation in Planons profit-sharing scheme and additional benefits. Learn more about our benefits.
