Tender Engineer

This is a remote position.

Tender & Contract Analysis

Review and analyse tender documentation specifications and contractual

requirements.

Identify project risks opportunities and critical success factors.

Bid Strategy & Methodology Development

Define execution strategies construction methodologies and project delivery

approaches.

Contribute to innovative and value-engineered solutions that strengthen proposal

competitiveness. Cost Estimation & Commercial Support

Prepare and validate cost estimates covering labor materials subcontracting

equipment logistics and site operations.

Support pricing strategy and commercial proposal development.Supplier & Subcontractor Management

Evaluate and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.

Participate in technical and commercial clarifications and negotiations.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with engineering procurement construction and project teams.

Ensure alignment between technical solutions schedules budgets and budgets and execution.

Masters degree in mechanical engineering Electromechanical Engineering or a

related discipline.

Proven experience in Tendering Proposal Engineering Estimation or Bid

Management within an industrial EPC environment.

Strong technical understanding of industrial piping mechanical systems energy

process industries or industrial construction.

Analytical mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary and international teams.
