Technical Lead – IT Architecture

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to support transversal IT initiatives and lead the definition and delivery of end-to-end architecture solutions across complex IT environments.

You will work closely with Requirement Owners Domain Architects IT engineers and application authorities to ensure solutions meet functional non-functional security resilience and enterprise architecture requirements.

• Lead the design and realization of end-to-end architecture solutions from inception through deployment.
• Act as the link between Enterprise Architecture IT engineering teams and application authorities.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and domain target architectures.
• Lead and contribute to large-scale IT transformation initiatives.
• Develop and promote reusable solution patterns and architecture building blocks.
• Contribute to domain target architectures and technology roadmaps.
• Provide pragmatic architectural recommendations for complex cross-functional challenges.
• Support both high-level architecture activities and detailed technical implementation challenges.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvements in IT software delivery and engineering practices.

• 15 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Strong experience as a Lead Solution Architect on large-scale transformation projects.
• Experience designing and deploying critical transactional systems within large and complex organizations.
• Strong IBM Mainframe experience.
• Experience with Java and/or development stacks.
• Good knowledge of Azure Cloud APIs integration mechanisms and data technologies.
• Experience with Linux and Java development environments.
• Strong understanding of architectural analysis and solution design.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across multiple systems functions locations and organizations.
• Ability to translate complex technical challenges into practical and actionable solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Financial Services industry experience.
• Knowledge of financial-sector regulatory environments.
• Experience with private cloud technologies and Azure.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and Kafka.
• Experience contributing to reference architectures and positioning papers.
