We are looking for an experienced Technical to provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with development. You will guide the development team design scalable and secure solutions and ensure technical quality across applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and developers and provide technical guidance.
• Design scalable reliable and maintainable software solutions.
• Remain hands-on with coding feature development and bug fixing.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure development best practices.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance security and maintainability.
• Lead the resolution of complex technical issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and deployment deliverables.
• Collaborate with architects analysts project managers and Infrastructure & Operations teams.
• Evaluate and introduce technologies aligned with business and architectural objectives.

Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Technical Lead / Developer.
• Extensive knowledge of .NET technologies and software architecture.
• Strong hands-on development and system design experience.
• Experience with code reviews performance optimization security and technical documentation.
• Strong leadership mentoring problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Dutch or French at C2 level and English at C1 level.
