Your Mission

• Lead multidisciplinary System Architecture activities across Solution Requirements & Verification Interface Definition & ConOps functions.

• Provide technical leadership mentorship and direction to SE teams supporting complex aerospace and defense programs.

• Lead major technical reviews including SRR SFR PDR and CDR ensuring deliverables meet program and customer requirements.

• Manage system architecture interface control requirements development verification & validation and technical trade studies for custom hardware/software systems.

• Oversee risk and opportunity management maintaining mitigation plans and status reporting to program leadership.

• Support proposal development Basis of Estimate (BOE) activities cost estimating and schedule forecasting.

• Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies using CAPELLA or similar tools.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives process optimization and lessons learned activities.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Systems Engineering or related STEM field with 10 years of relevant aerospace/defense experience; or Masters degree with 8 years of experience.

• Experience across the systems engineering lifecycle including requirements management system architecture interface control verification & validation and technical review leadership.

• Experience leading engineering teams on complex defense or aerospace programs involving custom hardware and/or software systems.

• Proficiency with Polarion and MBSE tools such as CAPELLA.

• Experience with EVM technical risk management and trade study analysis.
