Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Software Solution Engineers who combine strong software development expertise with business analysis problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Depending on your technical background your expertise may be focused on IBM i (AS/400) development IBM i with ARCAD or Full Stack Development with Angular.

As a Software Solution Engineer you will design develop maintain and continuously improve software solutions that support critical business operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders development teams and other IT colleagues to translate business needs into reliable scalable and effective technical solutions.

We are looking for more than technical expertise. The right candidate takes ownership remains curious embraces continuous learning works collaboratively and is comfortable experimenting with new technologies and approaches. We particularly value professionals who actively use AI tools to improve development quality productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

Strong development experience in at least one key area: IBM i (AS/400) IBM i with ARCAD or Full Stack Development with Angular.

Business analysis skills with experience translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Experience supporting business-critical applications including development maintenance troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

Strong problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across business and IT teams.

Proactive team-first and learning-oriented mindset including curiosity ownership adaptability and active use of AI tools to improve quality and productivity.

French or Dutch speaking

Required Skills:

Technical Skills Required Expertise in statistics and machine learning 7 to 10 years of experience in data science ideally in the healthcare sector Knowledge of regulatory standards (FDA GMP ISO) Excellent written and spoken English Ability to write detailed technical documentation in English Proficiency in R and/or Python Expected Soft Skills Rigor autonomy and strong organizational skills Ability to work in a multicultural and project-based environment Strong interpersonal skills: listening teaching simplification synthesis Service-oriented and scientifically driven mindset Ability to lead and collaborate remotely Flexibility regarding project changes and scheduling constraints Effective in reporting and meeting facilitation
