SharePoint and Power Automate Developer

We are looking for a SharePoint and Power Automate Developer to design implement and maintain business solutions that improve collaboration workflow efficiency and data management across the organization. The role involves working closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to customize SharePoint environments build automated workflows and ensure secure scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and customize SharePoint sites lists libraries and permissions.
• Create and maintain Power Automate flows to streamline business processes and automate repetitive tasks.
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 applications and external systems via connectors and APIs.
• Provide support troubleshooting and optimization for existing SharePoint solutions and workflows.
• Document solutions technical designs and user guides.
• Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Specific Expertise

• Min 5 years hands-on experience with SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 SharePoint development and administration.
• Strong expertise in Power Automate (Flow) for workflow automation.
• Proficiency with Power Apps for building custom forms and apps (desirable).
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams OneDrive Outlook integration).
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and SharePoint administration tasks.
• Familiarity with REST APIs JSON and integration techniques.
• Knowledge of governance permissions and security best practices in SharePoint.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
