Senior Java Developer

We are urgently looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join an international organization in Brussels Belgium.

EU candidates are welcome to apply and must be willing to relocate to Brussels.

Candidates must have the legal right to work in Belgium. Work permit sponsorship is not provided.

Senior Java Developer Tasks

• Designing and developing Java components and reusable building blocks;
  
• Analysing and supporting the integration of different information systems;
  
• Performing data analysis and data modelling;
  
• Coordinating the implementation of the technical architecture;
  
• Participating in technical working groups progress meetings and meetings with users and stakeholders;
  
• Defining testing requirements and supporting the testing process;
  
• Providing technical support during testing analysis and deployment activities;
  
• Preparing and maintaining relevant technical documentation;
  
• Contributing to the evaluation and reporting of implemented solutions;
  
• Collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders within an international and multicultural environment.
  

Senior Java Developer Profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering IT or a related field;
  
• 5 years of professional Java development experience;
  
• Good knowledge of Spring;
  
• Good knowledge of Hibernate;
  
• Experience with software design development and system integration;
  
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
  
• The ability to work effectively within an international and multicultural environment;
  
• Fluent English both written and spoken;
  
• The willingness to relocate to Brussels Belgium.
