We are looking for an experienced Senior ICT Manager to support the organisation management and optimisation of IT services and the development of a future-ready shared services and IT governance model.

• Assess the operational feasibility of the proposed IT Operating Model.
• Advise on IT services service management processes organisational structures and capabilities.
• Support the development of service catalogues organisational models and capacity plans.
• Define responsibilities future roles and team structures.
• Manage vendors and outsourcing models.
• Assess the operational impact of further IT centralisation.

• Strong expertise in IT Operations IT Governance and Service Management.
• Excellent knowledge of ITIL Service Catalog Design and KPI Management.
• Experience with Organisational Design Vendor Management and Workforce Planning.
• Proven experience managing or leading centralised ICT organisations.
• Native/bilingual Dutch and professional working proficiency in English.
