We are looking for an experienced Senior ICT Business Analyst to analyse the current IT landscape and support the development of a future IT & Data Target Operating Model (TOM).

• Lead interviews workshops and validation sessions with senior stakeholders and IT teams.
• Conduct capability and maturity assessments.
• Map processes services governance and collaboration models.
• Identify opportunities risks and areas for improvement.
• Design the future operating governance service and organisational models.
• Perform impact assessments covering roles responsibilities and organisational changes.

• Strong expertise in Business Architecture and TOM Design.
• Experience with BPMN Capability Modelling Process Mapping and Maturity Assessments.
• Strong workshop facilitation governance and organisational design skills.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments.
• Native/bilingual Dutch and professional working proficiency in English.
